Job Description

Our Client Located in South Indianapolis is looking for an HRIS Analyst!

The ideal candidate will have experience working in the PeopleSoft software and have 3-4 years experience working in an HRIS Analyst role.

Summary of Position

  • Provides quality implementations,
  • upgrades and support for Human Capital applications.
  • Devises and modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering technology capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results.
  • Tests, debugs, documents both business and technology solutions.
  • Participates in system optimization and new installs.
  • Analyst will assist with impact and scope assessments for ongoing projects in relation to Human Capital Solutions.

Specific job duties

  • Candidate for this position should be ready to work with executive level leadership in our Human Capital Solution.
  • Ideally they possess experience in both payroll and benefit processes within HR.
  • Must possess an ability to thoroughly work through business requirements and translating those into stable technical solutions.
  • This position will both partner and assist technical resources within the Human Capital Application, PeopleSoft, to design new solutions and optimizations in current models to prepare for ERP transitions.
  • This position is not limited to payroll and benefits and will require troubleshooting all aspects of our solutions while maintaining a collaborative environment.
