The HRIS Manager will be responsible for:
  • Manages and oversees an organization's Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Develops, implements, and modifies software and hardware requirements based on changing business requirements.
  • Maintains internal database files and tables, and develops custom reports to meet the requirements of company management and staff.
  • This position is key participant in the development of HR systems to drive business strategies across the organization and acts as the functional subject matter expert on HRIS systems, projects and implementation and serves as a liaison between Human Resources and Information Technology.
  • Provide training to HR staff and employees on new functionality and updates on existing processes occurring throughout the year.
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity within system through regular review and audit of data. Provide expertise on third-party interface requirements.
  • Partner with our HR IT Business Partner in research and resolution of HR system issues as well as testing and implementation of new system functionality. Comply with IT SOX HRIS Controls.
  • Develop and manage core project deliverables including detailed scope and requirements, resource plans, project schedules, risk management plans, change control processes, decision/action/risk/change/issue logs, communication plans, test strategies and lessons learned.
  • Participates in and leads cross-functional project teams to provide and implement effective system solutions to human resources.
  • Requires a Bachelors in HR or IT with at least 10 years experience.
  • Requires knowledge of the Kronos system.
