Job Description

The HRIS Specialist will play a central role in the HR Information System roadmap (Workday), and be a part of a high performing, growing team. You will be curious, have attention for details, have a can-do mindset, be a great communicator, a fun team member and an independent problem solver.

Job Responsibilities:
* Create and maintain a variety of complex Workday reports (advanced, matrix, composite) utilizing Workday Report Writer, as well as other organizational tools
* Design reports to answer relevant business questions and communicate key HR metrics to stakeholders in an easy to understand dashboard format
* Partner with stakeholders (internal/external to HR) to understand new report/data requirements and ensures results meet the business needs within Workday
* Design and manage reporting and analytical projects
* Create and maintain report catalog to enable end users to get needed reports from Workday
* Educate and promote self-service reporting functionality with end users by utilizing various communication and training methodologies
* Maintain proper change management documentation to satisfy the company's internal/external audit controls

Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree (Business, Information Systems, Human Resources or related area)
* 4+ years' experience as HR data analyst
* Proficiently in Workday HCM report writing and experience creating dashboards in Workday required
* Workday Report Writer and Calculated Field proficiency preferred
* Ability to collect, organize, analyze large volumes of data
* Advanced experience in Excel & PowerPoint (creating graphs, charts)
* Self-motivated with a focus on driving results and strong sense of accountability
* Excellent problem-solving skills
