Job Description

Our client, a growing professional service organization, seeks to add an HR generalist to their team.

In this role the person will be required to provide HR support to multiple locations in the Tri-State area which will include travel to these locations.

Some of the responsibilities in this role will include, but not limited to:

  • Administrative HR functions of the company including administering company policies and procedures, employee handbook, trainings, benefit and 401K administration and more
  • Full Cycle Recruitment, including applicant tracking using ADP Work Force Now
  • Exit Interviews
  • Workers' Compensation
  • Investigation of Harassment Claims
  • Benefit Administration, compensation recommendations to upper management


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3+ years in an HR generalist role
  • Strong Excel Skills
  • ADP Work Force Now Experience
  • Ability to travel to multi-company locations
