Our client, located near New Brunswick, NJ is adding a Human Resource Manager to the team.

In this role the ideal candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Oversee performance evaluation procedures.
  • Act as back-up to person designated to process payroll.
  • Manage CAI and IREM training, certification and company designation procedures.

Requirements for the position include:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' HR Generalist experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate within all levels of an organization.
  • Knowledge of ADP payroll software a plus.
