Job Description

Vaco Indianapolis has partnered with a client located Northwest Indianapolis to fill a contract, possible contract to hire Administrative Assistant to support a busy Human Resources Department.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Basic administrative duties such as filing, faxing, copying, scanning
  • Coordinating scheduling of in person interviews for management and executive level candidates
  • Preparing travel arrangements, budget preparation
  • Processing of new positions as they are submitted .

Requirements:
1+ years of administrative experience.
Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Office.
HR Administrative experience a plus but not required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
