Job Summary

Provide administrative support to the Talent Management team. Serve as a general support to the Talent Management office. Perform routine administrative services in support of the everyday operational needs of the division. 5+ years of HR policies and procedures knowledge and experience is REQUIRED.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

  • Associates degree or equal
  • Minimum of five (2) years of HR Administration experience and knowledge
  • Proficiency working with a personal computer in Windows environment and utilizing word processing (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook)
  • Onboarding knowledge
  • Background and I9 verification
  • Event and calendar managment experience a plus
  • Must be organized, detailed orientated and have great communication skills.
