Job Description

This position is responsible for supporting all daily operational activities associated with the maintenance and development of the company performance management processes including those in the Human Capital Management (HCM) system. Works closely with the field and corporate HR team members to ensure consistency with company performance management philosophy. This is a long term contract opportunity.

Position Summary

  • Maintains a detailed working knowledge of all aspects of objective management and performance management in the organizations Human Capital Management (HCM) system
  • Creates status reports on the objective and performance management process. Analyses reports for errors or inconsistencies and flags these issues to the appropriate client group
  • Responds to customer inquiries received via the mailbox: provides the sender with information to satisfy their request promptly. This may require interrogation of core HR data held in the organization's HCM system
  • Responds to other similar customer inquiries passed on by the Director Performance Management and provides information to satisfy the customer's request
  • Assists with all activities associated with regression testing of all the organization's HR system upgrades
  • Develops and maintains constructive and cooperative working relationships with the Corporate HR teams, Operation HR Teams, HR Digital team, compensation, and all internal customers
  • Communicates with Director Performance Management and the Performance Management Analyst concerning problems, issues, and change management activities
