Job Description

Vaco is currently seeking a part time HR Assistant for a growing client in the Healthcare industry located in Alpharetta. The role is designed to assist the HR department with its current needs. It is a PART TIME role (20-30 hours/week) with flexible hours - can be 3 days per week or 5 days a week during school hours. This is an administrative HR support role with the pay targeted at $20 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Benefits management (administrative)
  • Assist with Payroll processing (administrative)
  • Administrative duties as assigned: data entry skills, documentation, filing, managerial support, etc.

Qualifications:

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Some administrative experience in a corporate setting
  • Prior experience in an HR environment and/or demonstrated interest in human resources coupled with an administrative background.
  • Excellent PC software knowledge and skills including Excel
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong ethics and the ability to keep information confidential
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively, professionally, cooperatively and efficiently within a team environment
