Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Consult with managers of assigned work groups via regular chat, email, phone calls and meetings to discuss all areas of HR management including new hire orientation and onboarding, benefits, talent initiatives, training and development, employee relations and communications, salary administration, performance management, legal compliance, employee productivity, and effectiveness in order to provide the best HR services and functions to managers.
  • Provide HR support to all employees of assigned work groups by answering HR-related questions and solving problems regarding benefits, salary, job concerns, policies, and other HR issues in a timely manner, in order to maintain a satisfied, productive and motivated workforce. Review and make recommendations on policies and procedures, rules and regulations, forms and documents by researching employment laws and best practices and coordinating with other necessary parties to ensure compliance with federal, state, county, and local laws.
  • Deliver and facilitate HR training and other resources.
  • Attract, develop and retain the "best and brightest" employees by participating in the hiring selection within assigned groups.
  • Develop, revise and implement HR processes in collaboration with management and other parties involved in order to improve HR efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • BS Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • 5-10 years experience in HR
  • Experienced in employee relations and enforcing HR policies
