Job Summary

Provide administrative support to the Talent Management team, especially for the Director of Talent Management & Organizational Development. Serve as a general reception to the Talent Management office, handling all incoming calls and walk-ins to include answering the main phone line. Perform routine administrative services in support of the everyday operational needs of the division. HR policies and procedures knowledge and experience is REQUIRED.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

* High School Diploma or GED
* Minimum of five (5) years of HR Administration experience and knowledge
* Proficiency working with a personal computer in Windows environment and utilizing word processing (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook)
* Must possess a valid FL driver's license.
