Job Description

In this role the ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • ADP workforce payroll, maintain payroll reports, timesheets for semi monthly payroll
  • Administer and maintain company benefits programs. Ex. 401K, Health/Dental, FSA, Life/AD&D Workers Compensation Plan. Function as a Liaison between vendors and employees and advise employees on eligibility, coverage and other benefit matters. Maintain records and documents
  • Responsible for all General HR related matters with managers/employees. (Personnel files, New Hire process, Exit interviews, terminations, primary contact for employee issues and concerns
  • Assist in Accounting functions, audits and prepare reports as needed. (Monthly Invoices relating to Employee Benefits, worker's comp insurance audits, Benefits open enrollment census preparation)
Requirements for the position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
  • ADP Payroll experience
