Job Description

Examples of job functions include, but are not limited to:

• Perform all aspects of HR, including sourcing, recruitment/selection, Benefits Administration, employee training. Heavy emphasis on the recruiting and retention piece.

• Plan, develop, implement a variety of HR functions, community engagement, training of hourly and salaried employees, diversity initiatives, Safety Programs, employee engagement.

• Deliver all on-boarding training to new employees regarding Company policies and practices, as well as applicable laws affecting employees in the factory.

Other duties as assigned

Minimum requirements, knowledge, skills and abilities include:

Bachelors Degree preferred but not required. 3+ years of HR Generalist experience with a focus on recruiting and retention.
