Job Description

Bachelor's Degree. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a HR management capacity. PHR, SPHR, or equivalent a plus-not required.

* Develop and administer company's performance management process
* Work with managers to coach them on handling personnel matters and executing performance management
* Recommend, evaluate and administer employee training and development programs
* Coordinate talent acquisition, employment processing, and on boarding
* Manage employee relations, retention and develop initiatives to improve engagement
* Coordinate and direct any required disciplinary action or termination of employees. Conduct exit interviews
* Writing, and updating HR policies, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values and policy
* Oversee company compensation structure. Conduct market compensation surveys
* Forecast HR requirements and cost drivers for annual budgeting
* Develop intelligent financial strategies for reducing HR costs
