Job Description

Well-established company in Somers is seeking a hands-on HR Operations Supervisor to oversee a team of four and manage the full-scope of benefits and payroll processes. We're looking for someone who can be a strong leader and has a strong knowledge of employement and benefits laws and procedures.

Responsibilities include:
  • Manage payroll and benefits administration, including reporting, audits, and marketing
  • Direct and delegate payroll and benefits functions for employees
  • Reporing for ACA, 5500 filings
  • Review payroll for inaccuracies
  • Manage team of four human resources members
  • Coordinate and plan on-site educational materials and events for benefits
  • Develop plans for constant improvement
  • Ensure reporting and filings take place on time and accurately
  • Develop performance metrics and plans for employees
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/related field
  • Strong knowledge of benefits administration/employment laws required
  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a human resources setting
  • CPP/Benefits certifications a plus
