The primary purpose of this role is to be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on helping to optimize a recent PeopleStrategy implementation, and act as a technology resource between Human Resources, IT, and the business as a whole.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide troubleshooting HRIS support for functional operational issues and discrepancies
  • Identify areas and solutions to increase the consistency, accuracy, and reliability of data
  • Drive process improvement based off of system capabilities
  • Liaison between client and PeopleStrategy, calling on PeopleStrategy for any issues that can't be resolved independently
  • Help configure payroll processing tools and applicable payroll functions, benefit plans, time and attendance solution
  • Lead the training for other employees to bring that up to speed on PeopleStrategy capabilities and uses
  • Works in a multi-project, multi-team environment with both internal and external business and IT team members.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of work-related experience
  • Worked on HRIS implementations
  • Experience with HRIS systems (PeopleStrategy preferred)
  • Strong Technical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, Excel, Word, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving solving skills
  • Ability to manage relationships and teach others
