**Updated 10-30-19 - Vaco is looking for multiple Contract Human Resources Service Center Associates (HRSCA) to help support our client's HR team with an expected influx of calls associated with an upcoming System Conversion to Workday during open enrollment season. Targeted Pay for these positions is $15-16/hour

The HR Service Center Associate provides operational support and high-quality service for the human resources department. HRSCA's are responsible for general HR operations and response to inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and employment and human resources policies. The Service Center Associate will be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within all HR functions. This position provides high levels of problem-solving employee issues and serves as a facilitator of information between employees and HR policies and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Acts as a liaison between HR functional areas and employees
  • Manages incoming calls, emails, and helpdesk tickets (many related to Workday HRIS)
  • Answers questions regarding Workday open enrollment workflow from internal employees
  • Responsible for processing transactions to include but not limited to Employee Change Transactions, Name Changes, Life Events, Terminations, Benefits, Vacations and Leaves, Employment Verifications, Payroll Changes, Policies and Procedures
  • Creates electronic record capture of interactions
  • Provides assistance with HR Service center projects as needed to support payroll, benefits, onboarding and other HR related activities and technologies
  • Schedule meetings as required
  • Provide HR related reports as requested
Requirements:
  • High School Degree required
  • HR Support experience is a plus
  • Call Center experience is a plus
