Job Description


This position provides daily desk side and remote end-user support for a variety of software and hardware issues in multiple corporate support center offices and for field staff employees. We need a tech with level 2 knowledge.

The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities and requirements:


  • Provide courteous, professional end user support.
  • Answer incoming client calls English (French %3D nice to have)
  • Create tickets through our ticketing system
  • Remote software configuration, installation, and repair
  • Onsite software configuration, installation, and repair
  • Able to troubleshoot level 2 issues and escalation
  • Performs other projects and tasks as assigned.


  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively analyze and evaluate information to make decisions, solve problems and achieve goals.
  • Physical Demands: Work requires frequent sitting, standing, walking and use of keyboard/computer. Work requires occasional bending, reaching and lifting/moving up to 35 pounds. Work is subject to tight deadlines, interruptions, and can be stressful.
  • Good knowledge on:
  • Windows environments (a must)
  • Active Directory Account Creation (a must)
  • Office 365 (a must)
  • Nice to have: SCCM, CUCM, CUCA, Exchange, Lansweeper, LogMeIn, Azure

  • Able to work between 10h00-20h00 (Eastern standard time)
  • College/University/Technical Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as an IT Technician, ideally as a Level 2 Desktop Support tech
