**100% Remote - must work Central Time Zone Hours**

As the Implementation Analyst, your responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Own client onboarding process, including new implementations and change requests
• Consult with clients on potential solutions, to implement technical client-defines requirements across various systems
• Gather high level SOW from clients and elicit requirements

Qualifications:

• Technical acumen with various disciplines (HTML, CSS, XML, & SQL)
• Strong customer support and communication skills
