Implementation Engineer

This role will configure and test application solutions for clientele following objectives, project plan, scope, and timeframes in the survey, marketing, employee engagement and advertising areas.

Qualtrics highly preferred

• Interact with clients to provide value and troubleshooting expertise from their purchased application
• Become an expert on the application and platform
• Train and teach clients on specific and new aspects of the platform
• Assist in scope by gathering technical requirements and projecting timelines and deliverables
• Serve as primary POC for clients during implementation and assist to project completion
• Work with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot implementations
• Continually adapt and develop in-depth product knowledge and learn new technologies
• Experienced in survey, market research, employee engagement and/or advertising

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Psychology, Sociology or related field
• Qualtrics certification or the interest in getting certified
• Ability to communicate effectively and establish credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders including executives
• Experience working with clients
• Experience providing software implementations in Qualtrics or ConfirmIT

Terms

• Permanent role, $95-105K+bonus (3-10%)
