Job Description

The Infrastructure Architect, within their specific domain will:

  • Actively participate in the development and socialization of the one-to-three-year Road Maps
    related to their respective domains,
  • Actively participate in the identification of opportunities and/or gaps that exist between current state and the one-to-three-year target architecture for the domain, and establish plans, including level of effort, cost, duration, and risks to closing the gaps and/or capitalizing on the opportunities identified
  • Develop and maintain current and future state architecture models
  • Actively participate in Application Portfolio Management activities including but not limited to
    ensuring application metadata is kept current for applications and integrations in the assigned
  • Actively participate in the review of detailed designs and "as-built" designs Assist in the review of Statements of Work and the oversight of vendors
  • The specific Technical Architect role will support client's Product Engineering domain.


  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or
    Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering) or 7-10 years of equivalent experience in an
    engineering domain.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of traditional compute infrastructure, cloud computing and system architectural/design patterns and techniques.
  • Experience is assessing, evaluating, and selecting commercial-off-the-shelf technologies for stated business needs
  • Previous experience in technical architecture modeling (preferably with ArchiMate and TOGAF)
  • 3+ years in a technical architecture/system engineering role.
