Job Description
What You'll Do
Provide operational and technical support to enhance scripting and automation within the infrastructure team
Work with system engineers to solve complex issues
Advance automation within infrastructure and help the teams work smarter and more efficiently through automating repeatable processes
Leverage scripting and tools to drive device/server configuration compliance
What You'll Need
Minimum of 2 years of related experience required
Experience working with programming/scripting languages such as PowerShell
Experience with SCCM and Solarwinds for automation
Familiarity working with application APIs to extend functionality
Familiarity with Orchestration technologies such as Ansible, Terraform, Chef, Puppet, etc.
Cisco network and Windows server administration fundamentals
Python coding for infrastructure automation (LAMP Stack, API's, DB's, etc.)
Report writing and PowerBi experience
Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly
Ability to work effectively and communicate with staff, peers and others to accomplish goals and to identify and resolve problems
Ability to coordinate and collaborate with multiple distributed IT teams within Infrastructure
Ability to work in high pressure, highly flexible environment against both short and long-term objectives
Passionate about technology and solving IT operations-focused problems
Highly technical, detail oriented, organized and self-starter
Customer Service focused mindset
