What You'll Do

• Provide operational and technical support to enhance scripting and automation within the infrastructure team
• Work with system engineers to solve complex issues
• Advance automation within infrastructure and help the teams work smarter and more efficiently through automating repeatable processes
• Leverage scripting and tools to drive device/server configuration compliance

What You'll Need

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience required
• Experience working with programming/scripting languages such as PowerShell
• Experience with SCCM and Solarwinds for automation
• Familiarity working with application APIs to extend functionality
• Familiarity with Orchestration technologies such as Ansible, Terraform, Chef, Puppet, etc.
• Cisco network and Windows server administration fundamentals
• Python coding for infrastructure automation (LAMP Stack, API's, DB's, etc.)
• Report writing and PowerBi experience
• Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Ability to work effectively and communicate with staff, peers and others to accomplish goals and to identify and resolve problems
• Ability to coordinate and collaborate with multiple distributed IT teams within Infrastructure
• Ability to work in high pressure, highly flexible environment against both short and long-term objectives
• Passionate about technology and solving IT operations-focused problems
• Highly technical, detail oriented, organized and self-starter
