Responsibilities

  • Work with clients via telephone (inbound) to determine needs and offer proper solutions in an efficient manner
  • Connect with customers and be understanding and empathetic
  • Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution
  • Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales and terms and keep related records

Requirements

  • The desire to be successful in an inside sales role and grow with the company
  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role (via phone or face-to-face) is preferred
  • Exceptional ethical standards and a strong work ethic
  • Good comprehension of insurance plans including automobile, fire, life, property, medical etc.
  • Ability to work with computers and systems to understand and interpret standard financial and statistical findings
  • Excellent skills in communication and presentation
  • Ability to create long-lasting relationships
