Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

  • Close sales and achieve monthly quotas.
  • Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Maintain and expand your database of opportunities within your assigned territory.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • 125 sales phone calls completed daily. Additional calls are expected to be made during the course of the day if needed.
  • This position will require the ability to self-generate up to 95% of leads required to meet your sales quotas. Leads may be sourced from new or existing customers using the company CRM system.
  • Real-time updating of the company CRM system.
  • After system and product training, the position must be able to close opportunities independently within the predefined business terms and conditions.
  • The ability to persuasively present company product offering to prospective customers using phone, internet and collaboration tools
  • Reporting to management will include on time and accurate details of sales activities such as number of phone calls, presentations to decision makers, proposals made to decision makers and proposals won. Additionally, details such as market developments, competitive information and any relevant information to assist either the position or the company will be shared with management.
  • Collaboration with internal departments to seamlessly transition the new customer to the installation process flow resulting in an on-time and successful installation.
  • Contribute to increasing the Net Promoter Score of each existing customer.
  • Increase the number of healthcare/medical facilities contracting with IntelliCentrics for SEC3URE HCIR services.

  • Must be fluent with all Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adopt company tools, systems and collaboration tools such as our Customer Retention System (CMR).
  • The ability to be a consummate student who quickly becomes an expert user of the company's chosen consultative selling methodology - and champions this approach.

Required Education and/or Experience

  • Five (5) years inside B2B sales or customer service experience required. Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline (marketing, business management, communications, etc.) preferred.

Work Environment

  • Work environment is primarily office based with infrequent travel.
  • Typical interaction is through phone, email, and/or webinars for system demos. However, from time to time, travel will be required and participation in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and conferences for the purpose of additional sales and growth to the territory. This is not expected to exceed 4 times per year.
  • Must be able to work the hours associated with the assigned geographic region.
