Job Description

We are currently seeking a hands-on Inside Sales Specialist to develop relationships with new and existing accounts. Ideally, we are seeking candidates with 2+ years of inside sales experience, proven ability to develop relationships with new business, and ability to pick up on new business trends quickly and efficiently. This is a full-time, temp to hire position, providing a competitive base salary and incentives based on production.

Reponsibilities include:
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within territory
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects
  • Bachelor's degree a plus, High school diploma required
  • 2+ years of hands-on sales experience
  • Proven ability to develop strong relationships with clients/customers
  • Retail sales/Real estate experience a plus
