Our client has an opening for a full-time life Annuity Customer Service Representative. This position involves working directly with our clients and processing administrative changes. The ideal candidate must have a true passion for helping others, be able to work both independently and as part of a team, is a creative problem solver, detail oriented and able to work quickly and accurately in a deadline driven environment.

Experience:

Basic Microsoft Office suite and website navigation is a must.

Customer Service experience with majority phone based customer service preferred.

Insurance industry experience, especially prior annuity experience, is preferred.

Prior experience working with retirement accounts such as IRAs, 401k, PSP, 403b, etc.

Financial industry experience/background preferred (recent education or recent work experience).

Having a Series 6 or 7 is a plus.

Skills:

The ability to bounce from one system to another while taking calls.

The ability to communicate well verbally. Some of the topics are complex, so the ability to communicate clearly and effectively to a wide range of knowledge levels of our callers is of utmost importance.
