Job Description

Vaco is currently recruiting for Insurance Claims Customer Service Agents for a fantastic client in Clearwater! These roles are contract to hire and will pay $15-16/hr starting out. The call center schedule is Mon - Fri 8 AM-8 PM and candidates should be available between those hours.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Inbound call center experience
• At least 1 year of Healthcare claims experience
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
• Excellent attention to detail
• Solid attendance background
