SUMMARY

Provide support to the Contracts Administration, mainly on the insurance certificate compliance. Increase the percentage of compliant tenants to 60%.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Working knowledge of Insurance Certificate in the area of Commercial General, Aircraft, Automobile, Umbrella and Workman's Compensation Liability is a plus.

Request updated insurance certificates from insurance agencies or tenants until certificate is fully compliant.

Ability to read and interpret insurance requirement from Lease Documents and forms.

Utilizes advanced excel functions to upload, maintain data and create reports.

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, officials and all members of the general public.

Assist in the administration of CoStar, the contracts database and billing system, (in collaboration with Group Legal), track and identify agreements which are not fully executed by both parties, and seek/follow up on obtaining fully executed copies

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Associates Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; analytical skills. Proficient with personal computers, Proficient with Microsoft Excel a must and other Microsoft office products and database software. Hold a valid driver's license.
