Job Description

Tired of going into the office every day? I am exclusively representing my client, who is a growing tech company on the forefront of AI innovation. The company has recently received backing from major players in the industry and needs a strong Accounting Manger to support their growing operations. Although the company is based out of Silicon Valley (bay area), the company operates in several countries and is also expanding into other regions. My client offers you the flexibility to work from home most of the time.

Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
Month and end-year process
Reconciliations
Oversee Accounts Payable/Receivable and Cash Receipts/Check Runs
Revenue and Expenditure Variance Analysis
Capital Assets Reconciliations
Fixed Asset activity
Review trial balance and work with corporate controller to prepare financial statements

Job Requirements

Requirements:
BA degree
Public company or large corporation experience
Excellent knowledge of US GAAP and SEC rules and regulations
Ability to research and propose company positions on accounting issues
Ability to execute and follow-through to completion and documentation
Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
High attention to detail and accuracy
Public Accounting is a huge plus
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a huge plus
International accounting experience is a plus
