Job Description

Vaco is in search of an Accounting Manager with Inventory accounting experience for a long-term consulting engagement. This is 100% work from home role.

What you need for this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA preferred
  • Blend of public/private a plus; Big 4 experience ideal
  • Advanced Excel
  • Oracle experience strongly desired, Blackline experience a plus
  • Inventory Accounting experience strongly desired

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead monthly close process, which includes: perform and review journal entries, account
    reconciliations, consolidation, and prepare monthly financial statements
  • Work with and reconciling large data sets in Excel
  • Manage and support daily accounting tasks associated with accounts receivable,
    accounts payable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
  • Enhance and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, systems and procedures
