Our client, a Fortune service organization, is adding a Staff-Senior Internal Auditor to their team. This role acts as a Formal Management Training Program for 2+ years into the Finance Business Unit of your choice - excellent Financial Leadership Development Opportunity!
In this role you will have 3+ years of previous Big4 Audit experience and will supervise a staff of 2-4+ during engagements; assign goals, build time-tables; provide coaching & mentoring; assist with planning and execution of audits, review staff workpapers; interact with business unit management; prepare oral and written communication of findings.
This position offers a Financial Leadership / Management Training & Development Program with the opportunity to transition into other areas of Finance, as it offers the continuous opportunity to Develop your management interaction and business-partnering rapport within other client business units.
This position requires 3+ year public accounting audit, preferably from the Big4 or a Large National Firm, a 3.3 undergraduate GPA, and a CPA certification or very close to attaining such while currently pursuing such, strong leadership qualities, a demonstrated path of career ambition with self-motivated career development; and the ability to travel 30%.
