Talent Analyst

Vaco is seeking a Talent Analyst for their dynamic and growing team. As a Talent Analyst (also referred to as "Sourcer"), you will be responsible for proactively identifying and assessing accounting & finance talent, which includes making recommendations to and executing the internal recruitment strategy. This position will support a team of recruiters and account managers with the objective on increasing the candidate pipeline through assessing qualifications and discussing appropriate opportunities with candidates.

Job Functions:

• Source candidates using internal tools, Boolean searches, user groups, candidate referrals, networking, and web sourcing
• Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
• Work closely with the Recruiters to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals
• Call, screen and qualify accounting & finance candidates and assist them through the recruitment process
• Implement a consistent screening process for all candidates
• Ensure consistent communication regarding candidate search and status through meetings, email, voicemail updates and reports
• Track, analyze and report candidate pipeline status, recruiting trends and key performance indicators

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree and/or 1 plus year experience in recruiting or sourcing
• Knowledge of accounting, finance, tax, or audit to facilitate in direct, temp, and/or temp to hire sourcing efforts
• Must have a clear understanding of the recruiting process and the importance of the candidate and hiring manager experience and willingness to enhance processes to provide a stronger experience
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication
• Exceptional organization skills with high attention to detail
