Job Description

Vaco Office, Ops and HR Solutions is currently hiring for an Inventory Admin. This is a conctrac to hire position. The ideal candidate will need to be detail oriented, a team player, be able to think outside of the box.

Job Duties

  • Enter inventory counts on spreadsheet.
  • Scan in inventory as it comes off the truck
  • Compare inventory received to inventory ordered
  • Call vendors with any order/inventory descrepancies

Requirements

  • Grade 12 education along with one to three years experience in an office environment
  • Must have proficient computer skills: Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel
  • Must be team oriented
  • Strong communication and organization skills are mandatory
  • Sound interpersonal skills with an ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Other duties may be assigned.
