Inventory Control Specialist in Moody, AL at Vaco

Job Description

Our client is in search of an Inventory Control Specialist to add to their growing staff. This position will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations in inventory, preforming daily cycle counts, keeping track of invoices, shipping and receiving parts and equipment, completing logistics reports, assist in any areas throughout the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cycle counts and adjust perpetual inventory system accordingly
• Keep track of invoices and track items on back order
• Handle recalls and manage damaged parts
• Assist in locating misplaced (could not find tickets) inventory
• Locate missing inventory receipts for accounting
• Manage daily reports and analysis on stock
• Assist the RMA process

Required:

• All applicants must be forklift certified
• Highly refined communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a team/collaborative environment.
• Excellent problem solving skills - Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
