Job Description

Our client is a entrepreneurial Birmingham-based company seeking an eager professional to join join their Investment Services Team as an Investment Assistant where they will provide administrative support to the group.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides general information regarding investment services, as well as, making telephone and direct mail marketing contacts
  • Prepares required reports, maintains client records and investment database system
  • Responsible for accurate filing and maintenance of all client records
  • Processes and completes in a timely manner all necessary production reports
  • Responsible for completion and processing of client investment applications
  • Maintains the investment database system

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, risk management, math or a similar field of study
  • Must have a general knowledge of investments and a working knowledge of general office operations
  • Willing to obtain securities licenses
