Job Description

Our client is seeking a Investment Assistant to join their growing team. This position will provide administrative and clerical support to the investment services team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides general information regarding investment services, as well as, making telephone and direct mail marketing contacts
  • Prepares required reports, maintains client records and investment database system
  • Responsible for accurate filing and maintenance of all client records
  • Processes and completes in a timely manner all necessary production reports
  • Responsible for completion and processing of client investment applications
  • Maintains the investment database system

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, math or a similar field of study
  • Must have a general knowledge of investments and a working knowledge of general office operations.
  • Must have Series 6, 63 and Life/Health Licenses preferred (or be willing to obtain).
