Job Description

We are currently seeking an IT Administrator/Manager for a permanent full-time basis. Candidate MUST have experience supporting and working with 3rd party vendors. Microsoft Dynamics GP is strongly preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Act as the primary relationship manager to client's external IT vendors

  • Primary administrative support for multiple office locations for hardware and software break/fix issues
  • Help the company develop and implement a disaster recovery plan and periodically test the viability of the plan
  • Assist with network integration resulting from growth related to the company's acquisition strategy
  • Lead and manage IT team members that support offices in other regions of the company
  • Support 3rd party software applications such as ADP, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Hybrent, and VOIP
  • Track all hardware, software, and license information
  • Assist in the development of the corporate technology budget

  • Demonstrated organization skills; the ability to work as a member of a fast-paced team and to balance multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high attention to detail
  • Must exercise sound judgment, initiative and independent thinking
  • Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments on sensitive, confidential issues-including previous experience in role maintaining confidentiality
  • Proficiency and comfort with information systems. Proven ability to master new software systems
  • Superior work ethic
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to work with a positive attitude as part of a hard-working, dedicated team

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technology related filed required
  • Five (5) + years of progressive work experience in system administration preferred
  • Management experience preferred
  • Prior experience in healthcare preferred but not required
