Job Description

Install, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, repair computer hardware and peripherals, including (but not limited to) end user workstations and printers; server, network, and remote access hardware; and audio-visual, conferencing and office phone systems.

Assist employees with smartphone, tablet and PDA setup and troubleshooting.

Provide input on selection of computer hardware and vendors; execute ordering; track, receive and verify shipments.

Install, configure, maintain, update, and troubleshoot:

End user operating systems and applications software;

Company-wide internet, network connectivity, email, backup, document management (Worldox) and antivirus software;

Data/file recovery and file transfer systems.

Administer user accounts for Company systems, including setting up new accounts and profiles, controlling access appropriately, assisting with password issues, and terminating accounts on a timely basis.

Implement, monitor and train users on Company Security Policies and Procedures.

Assist and advise third-party contractors and vendors on technology issues related to their work with the Company.

Assist in tracking and planning for the Company's changing demands and emerging needs for IT. Stay current with new developments in IT relevant to Company needs.

Maintain and/or develop documentation and records for IT-related hardware, software, services, and business activities.

Assist with identifying and implementing IT strategies that improve the efficiency of Company operations.

Perform other duties relevant to the job as needed.
