Job Description

Our client is seeking an individual with experience in Big Data Solutions using (Hadoop, Spark, Python, NoSQL, and Cassandra) to be the senior architect on an overhaul project. This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity based on the employee's performance.

SUMMARY

• Use data systems, workflow systems, and BPM with a large system to curate information with machines.
• Interprete and process unstructured data.
• Lead and assist more inexperienced staff through the research and development processes.
• Use "As-Is" and "To-Be" technical states.
• Develop, upkeep, and double-check solutions to application architecture.
• Focus on microservices in a Cloud environment and orient architecture models, application development, and other activities support established processes/plans.
• Ensure continuity in architectural design across all divisions.
• Plan and design infrastructure solutions that are both on-site and in-cloud.
• Create plans, oversee, and approve documentation designs/time-estimates while providing feedback on realistic expectations.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science area
• Leadership Skills
• End-to-End experience with solutions (digital assets, workflow management, and especially unstructured data processing)
• BigData Solutions using Hadoop, Spark, Cascading, MongoDB
• AWS Solutions
• Java Opensource experience
• Workflow orientation
• Machine Learning/AI Experience
