  • Create documentation, including process flows, functional and non-functional requirements, and use cases.
  • Obtain stakeholder approval of requirements and drive project acceptance.
  • Create detailed UAT test scripts that can be understood by business stakeholders and software developers and facilitate UAT sessions, working closely with development staff to remediate issues identified during testing.
  • Assist in effective management of budgets and forecasts, resources, contracts, project management, risk management, PMO and accomplishment reporting.
  • Participate in yearly budgeting process and maintain forecasts for technology groups: communicate deadlines, follow up on deliverables to ensure timely execution, review data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Gather business requirements and break them down into relevant, accurate and detailed functional requirements and test scenarios.
  • Facilitate meetings with business stakeholders and technical resources.
  • Provide analytical and research support.
  • Resolve conflicting end-user requirements.
  • Maintain knowledge of the IT industry; analyze the abilities of tools and technologies, compare with the need of the business, then recommend potential solutions to managers within the business.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination with prospective and existing vendors.
  • Facilitate evaluation of delivered technology solutions to ensure they satisfy the business needs.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure adherence to business requirements and UI design specifications.
