Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide full IT environment support including desktops, servers, VoIP systems, and network equipment for end users
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Experience removing viruses and malware from systems
- Responsible for the installation, rollout, and maintenance of software, hardware, systems, printers, etc.
- Perform patch management for workstations in the environment along with software packaging and rollouts in the enterprise
- Ability to remotely diagnose and resolve issues for remote users
- Build and maintain system images for rapid deployment of new equipment and redeployment of returned equipment
- Must be able to train end users on how to use IT systems and applications
- Video Security System maintenance
- Travel to Braves minor league affiliates for desktop support
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Associate Degree or higher, Technical Certifications a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, including both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Ability to work with teams spread out across the nation
- Knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10, OS X, Microsoft Office
