Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide full IT environment support including desktops, servers, VoIP systems, and network equipment for end users
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Experience removing viruses and malware from systems
  • Responsible for the installation, rollout, and maintenance of software, hardware, systems, printers, etc.
  • Perform patch management for workstations in the environment along with software packaging and rollouts in the enterprise
  • Ability to remotely diagnose and resolve issues for remote users
  • Build and maintain system images for rapid deployment of new equipment and redeployment of returned equipment
  • Must be able to train end users on how to use IT systems and applications
  • Video Security System maintenance
  • Travel to Braves minor league affiliates for desktop support

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Associate Degree or higher, Technical Certifications a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, including both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Ability to work with teams spread out across the nation
  • Knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10, OS X, Microsoft Office
