This person will provide oversight and management over our third party vendors regarding store support, will be responsible for our IT Dashboard and migrating this to our BI tool with simple data feeds or files from each support party. The vendor manager would be only accountable for the dashboard design, but the actual development or data feeds. This would be the responsibility of a system analysis

IT Position to manage the store support and RSC support functions, beginning at Tier I ( Help Desk ) and through to Tier III ( Programmer/Analyst ). This person will be responsible for the following areas and the following opportunities bulleted below with the job description/purpose.

  • Directly responsible for the analysis and research of network issues, devices failures, software bugs, integration errors and presenting opportunities to the IT Team/3rd Party Vendors so that we can focus on issue prevention versus reactionary break/fix.
  • Responsible for holding our vendors accountable for service level agreement adherence, monthly performance reporting, contract negotiation and other key activities regarding performance expectations/services received.
  • Responsible for the transition of new processes/products from the innovation group to the Tier I/III support areas. Accountable for collection of knowledge documents and training materials that are needed to transition from pilot to production.
  • Responsible for developing an IT Dashboard that monitors services/SLA's and KPI's in our BI Tool.

* Coordinate all vendor management tasks inclusive of working with external vendors and internal employees.
* Ensure enterprise-wide needs for due diligence, risk assessment and continuing vendor monitoring are being accomplished.
* Help and coordinate vendor processes and methods to approve vendors.
* Ensure to track, measure, report and evaluate vendor performance.
* Troubleshoot all vendor problems and present to management as required.
* Identify improvement areas internally as well as perform closely with all internal stakeholders to prepare solutions.
* Identify and implement continuously enhance efficiencies associated with vendor management plus produce fulfillment.
* Participate to formulate workflow processes, methods and policies for applying vendors.
* Ensure to collaborate with IT areas to assure vendor partners effectively manage plus contracts are completely leveraged.
* Prepare processes for as well as manage analysis, selection and transition.
* Monitor contractual agreements for all IT function's vendors.
* Improve process enhancement to present increasing operational efficiency in entire business partner processes.
* Support to explore expansion across new business lines
