As an IT Manager, you will oversee and provide project management for an information technology team responsible for network infrastructure, telephony, mobile and local servers.

Your areas of responsibility in this role will generally include:

  • Server Maintenance
  • Website Support (eCommerce)
  • DNNS, SSL Certs
  • Peripherals
  • Mobile device management
  • Connectivity
  • Proprietary and 3rd Party Business Applications
  • Outsourced technology partners
  • Application Integration

Job Requirements

As an IT Manager, you must be self-motivated, results oriented, and driven to improve business processes. You should also be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to quickly analyze problems and determine appropriate solutions. It is also important that you have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally and effectively with all levels of staff.

Specific qualifications for the role include:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science
• 3 years of related experience, including management of a team
• Experience with engineering systems such as Teamcenter, Oracle's PLM (specifically PC and PQM), simulation tools, Rational's Clearcase, etc.
• Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with software and hardware architectures
• Strong working knowledge of various programming environments and strong initiative concerning maintaining and enhancing technical skills
• Ability to model business processes within computer applications
