As an IT Network Engineer, you will design, implement, and support LANs and WANs in within the organization. It will be your responsibility to conceptualize, design, implement, and maintain company computer network systems while taking appropriate action to resolve any issues or to make necessary improvements.

Your daily duties and responsibilities in this role will generally include:

  • Providing technical oversight and management of the network infrastructure of our primary data center and all divisional data centers, in coordination with other Network Operations team members, regional IT Coordinating with the Senior Director of Network Operations and the CIO to develop and execute strategic direction for the network infrastructure of the enterprise network
  • Following all internal configuration and change management processes
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all network infrastructure hardware and software
  • Assisting with feasibility studies, cost analysis, proposals, and solution presentations
  • Managing and maintain network asset inventor
  • Maintaining appropriate professional certifications
  • Coordinating national vendor services for corporate and divisional data connectivity, telephony, and cellular products
