Job Description


***One round of onsite interview - All to be conducted on 9/10, 9/11 or 9/12.***


Many pockets of operational support are distributed within Enterprise and Tech Learning and throughout many Lines of Business and learning areas. The role will be dedicated to centralizing more of the operation in preparation for and after system automation. They will be required to work closely with course owners and document business requirements and other processes involved with governance.


  • Develop, document and follow processes to ensure that content published in the LMS is current and has the correct metadata to ensure users have accurate access based on their role
  • Act as internal consultant by analyzing different business needs/requests and recommending solutions to reduce unnecessary content in the LMS

Must have Skills:

  • Excellent process management skills, including proven ability to collaborate with various levels in an organization
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining good working relationships with subject matter experts and key stakeholders

Desired Skills:

  • LMS administration experience highly desirable
  • Previous working knowledge of the SuccessFactors LMS is a huge plus
