Our client is a Fortune 500 Commerical Real Estate firm and is looking to add an IT PM to their team in Sunnyvale, CA. This is a contract to hire position. Salary range upon conversion would be around 140k.

**Must have software implementation PM experience. Any Lease Administration software or Accounting/Finance software implementations a plus.**

  • Plans, coordinates, and delegates work assignments for project team members.
  • Responsible for the oversight and performance of Lease Administration system implementation project status, meetings, reporting, scope changes, financials, administrative, and technical issues.
  • Create and execute project plan and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.
  • Minimize exposure and risk on project.
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  • Manage project budget. Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
  • Participate in project review meetings.
  • Track and continuously improve project outcomes for assigned projects.
  • Lead the organization to define, design & develop, support and test the solution through the system development lifecycle.
  • Qualified candate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent (5-7+) years as an IT Project Manager.
  • MBA or other relevant graduate degree preferred.
  • Responsible for planning, performing, and managing of systems implementation project status, meetings, reporting, scope changes, administrative, and technical issues for Lease Administration software.
  • Provide software implementation program management to successfully complete the transition of data, people and processes to Lease Management system.
  • Completes Phase 1 transition and document end to end process (Scopes, leads and delivers program to implement) Phase 2 (integration with client corporate SAP Accounting/Finance systems) and Phase 3 (integration to 3rd party systems)
