Job Description

Description: Assist internal Content Producer tools team with key day-to-day and ongoing maintenance and other strategic projects to ensure proactive maintenance, performance tracking, and marketing of internal collateral (pitch decks and reports). Collateral in Connect Sales, which houses dynamic sales material, is one of the most widely used tools within the sales organization, and yet still has ample untapped upside. Collateral in Connect Sales is designed to help sellers quickly & easily access deep and insightful analytics tailored to their clients, whenever they need it.

Responsibilities:

Three core workstreams; time will be divided between the streams as dictated by business needs

  • Landing Specialist
    • Amplify usage through deep understanding of newsletters and comms/marketing
    • Improve "User Help Center" - develop Engage search pages, FAQs, and more
    • Update, maintain, and launch "Comms Docs" that outline business rationale, collateral overview, usage tips, etc.
  • Performance Tracking
    • Identify usage changes in collateral and raise to appropriate stakeholders (e.g., spikes, drops, delta between estimated and actual)
    • Work with broader GST team to develop and refine dashboard to dynamically track metrics
    • Track and update regional content usage
    • Synthesize monthly holistic review of Content Pipeline through generation of quantitative markers and cross-functional stakeholder coordination
  • Metric Maintenance
    • Develop Impact Estimate models for collateral launches; drive conversations with stakeholders to align on key inputs such as total addressable market, usage frequency, and time saving per usage
    • Develop mapping file and other required infrastructure to tie offshore to onshore usage
    • Maintain records of report launches and refreshes, to be used for metric tracking

Minimum qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience with database languages (e.g., SQL)
  • Good communicator, professional experience in a workplace/office environment
  • Ability to work with tight daily deadlines
  • Strong Microsoft Excel Skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, etc.)
  • Tech savviness

  • B.A. or B.S degree
