Vaco is seeking Administrative professionals with basic skills, knowledge and experience for multiple administrative support roles. Our administrative assistant role in Alpahretta is temp to hire at $18 an hour and designed to support our clients VP of Customer Support. The Assistant will perform data entry tasks, assist on PowerPoint and SalesForce and perform other miscellaneous project work.

Job Duties:

  • Support on presentations in PowerPoint
  • Some filing
  • Support on production reports. Data is sent in from the field and then this person will compile in to a master spreadsheet.
  • Misc project work
  • Data entry taking costs from accounting system and entering into a spreadsheet for multiple customer
  • Other administrative support work as required

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint). Also SalesForce experience is a plus but not required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an office environment performing an administrative or support role
