Vaco Atlanta Operations is helping one of of its great new clients in the manufacturing sector find a great Junior Human Resources analyst. This is a temp to perm opportunity but can be direct hire for the right candidate and is targeted at $45K-$50K initial pay with room for growth.


- Work closely with HR and Business unit managers and support personnel by providing assistance with HR process matters
- Summarize Wage Programs at different locations
- Prepare and analyze cost reports, staffing reports, compliance and training reports and other data and keep management informed of anomalies (Heavy Excel Usage required)
- Compare, Analyze wage plans at different location's (complexity/size) and different markets (high cost of living, low, etc.)
- Perform various special projects in the areas of compensation, benefits and employee engagement
- Other duties or projects as may be assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

- Proficient in analyzing data and creating/extracting reports from raw data and larger reports
- 1+ years of experience (analyst related internships do count as a year)
- Specifically strong Microsoft Excel skills are required, including advanced proficiency with pivot tables and v and h lookups.
- Bachelors (BA/BS) Degree required
- Must have high level knowledge of general principles and practices of Human Resources including exposure to components of compensation (high level)
- Must be able to develop and maintain strong relationships at all levels and maintain strict confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills, self-motivated and detail oriented
