The Associate Analyst role will support the IT security, data privacy, and compliance team. Responsible for the daily operations of a user provisioning system. Ability to analyze, prioritize, and manage provisioning issues, while proactively facilitating a solution. Requires documentation creation, developing requirements, and coordinating meetings. Competence to provide technical assistance to IT security-related challenges that align audits and controls.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Reports to IT security Officer
  • Support operational components of user provisioning process
  • Develop, analyze, and document requirements
  • Communicate with stakeholders
  • Gather audit evidence and documentation
  • Support continuous improvement of workflows, policies, procedures and technology related to access management/user provisioning to enable risk reduction
  • Works with internal/external teams to define user roles; provisioning and de-provisioning user changes
  • Generate technical support documentation, contributing to both, the tech and user knowledge bases
  • Issue Management: analyze and troubleshoot issue, conduct meetings/discussion on issues that may require a formal approach to root cause analysis
  • Aptitude to stay current with security technologies, trends, and developments

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BS/BA in Information Systems, Business Administration or Related Degree
